Considering coaching

Coaching allows you to explore how things are in all aspects of your life.
It is a chance to look more closely at yourself, your issues, and what you really want. You have time and space to ponder about opportunities and new ideas in confidence. Coaching is about becoming more self-aware, taking responsibility for your life and directing your life in the direction you decide, rather than leaving it to chance and time.
Coaching includes training, support, encouragement, and guidance. The relationship between you and your coach is personal and confidential.
Coaching is relationship oriented. It seeks to provide a safe environment where you can share whatever issues affect your personal or professional functioning. Although specific learning goals or competencies may be used as a basis, its focus goes beyond these areas to include things such as work/life balance, self-confidence, self-perception, and how the personal influences the professional.
Coaching, to be successful, requires some time in which a climate of trust can be built, that creates an environment in which you can feel secure in sharing the real issues.
Coaching is development driven. Its purpose is to develop the individual to live a satisfying life.
